Patrick is a dedicated audio expert with a passion for composition, sound design and audio post-production. He studied Music Production at the University of Hull and received a distinction at Masters level in Music Production for Film & Television at Leeds College of Music.

 

Patrick moved to New Zealand in 2010 and worked freelance for studios in Auckland, including Big Pop Studios and Depot Sound, also producing a number of records at Roundhead Studios.  Composing alongside his performance work, his electronic duo Ravines (FKA Ophelia) signed to Warner Music in 2015, producing charting singles, Not So Frightening, Play With Me and Eden. Patrick also co-owned boutique music agency Full Tilt Music, booking some of Auckland's busiest venues. Full Tilt Music has worked with major brands as KPMG, Air NZ, USANA, and Topman. Full Tilt Music produces over 500 live shows each year across New Zealand and further afield.

 

Moving to the UK in 2017 Patrick has been working full time as a producer at his purpose built studio in Cardiff. In the last year he has composed music and provided audio post production for a number of award winning feature films and documentaries.

 

His work has been used in trailer campaigns for Hollywood blockbusters including: 1917, Tenet, SCOOB!, Dark Phoenix, and Planet Of the Apes.

His work has been used by 20th Century Fox, Universal Pictures, Warner Bros, DC, SKY TV, Amazon Prime, BBC, ITV, TNT, Netflix, Hulu and many more.

Patrick is also a Senior Lecturer at BIMM University Bristol, where he lectures in Audio Post-Production, Foley, Studio Production and Creative Production Techniques.
